This temp-to-hire opportunity assembles parts for a large Toyota supplier and comes with weekly paychecks and excellent growth potential. All team members start at $15.00 /hour with potential for pay increases after conversion. Job Summary:

Manufacturing Production Worker Compensation & Schedule:

  • Schedule: Rotational work schedule (2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights)
  • Starting Salary: $15.00/hour 
  • Weekly Payday (Every Friday) and Direct Deposit

Responsibilities:

  • Completes assembly of automotive parts for Toyota’s Tacoma and Tundra trucks
  • Controls processing, delivery, or installation of nonconforming product until deficiency or unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected
  • Restocks manufacturing and assembly areas as needed to ensure proper work flow
  • Performs quality inspections of works in progress
  • Incorporates safe working procedures into all daily activities in and around facility

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable means of transportation. Valid driver’s license required. OR must have one reliable person with valid driver’s license and insurance to provide transportation to work daily regardless of day or night shift. Driver must provide valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • Recent similar work history in a fast-paced environment in the last 6 months. (Ex. past experience in the fast food/retail industry is similar to the pace of this environment)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age. Recent high school graduates without previous experience will be considered!
