Rosa Santana launches Integrated Human Capital (IHC) in El Paso, Texas.

Santana establishes a presence in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, providing cross-border staffing solutions to Mexican enterprises and U.S. companies conducting business in Mexico.

IHC becomes a locally and nationally certified Minority-owned Business Enterprise (MBE) and Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).

IHC continues expansion, opening its second full-service branch in San Antonio, Texas.

With business rapidly growing in Mexico, Santana launches Workforce Management Mexico, in Cuidad Juarez to provide workforce solutions throughout Northern Mexico.

DIVERSA, a Managed Service Provider (MSP), is established as a joint venture with a majority owned company.

IHC expands back-office operations in San Antonio, Texas, to support its growing branch offices.

IHC opens a satellite recruitment office in South San Antonio, Texas, which quickly expands into the third full-service branch office.

Workforce Management’s increased business volume leads to the opening of a second branch location in Mexico in San Luis, Potosí serving clients in Northeast Mexico.

Santana acquires 100 percent ownership of DIVERSA.

Oveana, a joint venture company, is formed between IHC and El Paso, Texas-based BPO Company, to provide business process outsourcing services.

Leveraging IHC’s ability to attract, recruit and retain a world-class workforce, Santana launches Forma Automotive, LLC, the first Hispanic Woman-owned Direct Tier 1 Supplier to Toyota, to supply fully assembled beds for the Toyota Tacoma truck.  Forma becomes a nationally certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE).

IHC becomes certified by the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA) as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and a Hispanic America Business Enterprise (HABE)

Forma Automotive, a provider of outsourced manufacturing solutions, begins full production assembly of Tacoma truck beds onsite at Toyota’s manufacturing plant in San Antonio, Texas.

Workforce Management Mexico opens a branch office in Queretaro, Mexico to deliver workforce solutions to clients in central and west Mexico.

IHC continues expansion into Plano, Texas, opening its fourth full-service branch.

A division of IHC and part of the Santana Group of companies, IHC TEK, a multinational staff augmentation and consulting firm dedicated to providing a full range of technical and professional services to Fortune 500 companies and government entities, is launched to provide specialized staffing and outsourced solutions to organizations across the United States.

Santana acquires 100 percent ownership of Oveana.
