Cameron Doucette

Cameron Doucette started his assignment on July 9, 2018. Each week he has proven to be an excellent fit for the production team member role by meeting or exceeding expectations. He is dependable, hardworking, and respectful. Cameron has a keen eye for identifying any quality issues on the line and has assisted in providing quality products to Forma Automotive’s client.

Jose Escobedo

Jose is currently working with one of IHC’s clients as a warehouse associate, and prior to this assignment, he was a Customer Service Representative at two other locations. Jose’s assignments were short, but his trust in IHC never faltered, and he continued to show IHC that he believed in the organization. Together we found him a job that he absolutely loves! We are excited to have him as our employee as he truly exemplifies IHC’s values and professionalism!

Jasmine Etier

As the team lead, Jasmine ensures that her team has a clear understanding of their responsibilities in order to meet objectives. She effectively communicates expectations and provides continuous coaching and mentoring. She is doing a wonderful job and is a pleasure to work with each day!

Frank Maldonado

Frank keeps a can-do attitude and is always willing to help everyone around him! He was selected as a nominee for his outstanding work, including learning multiple stations without repeated instructions and minimum supervision. Frank came to IHC through an Indeed email after working for HEB as a temp. Prior to his temporary assignments Frank was a Graphic Designer for a small local business.   

Isaac Valdez

Isaac is a go getter! When he first started with our client, he asked key questions on how to succeed at being a great team member, and with that information, he took it and ran. Isaac started as a packaging associate and quickly excelled, becoming a shipping clerk. Isaac has proven he can work with minimal supervision and is always looking for ways to help his team members!
