Fernando Peralta, Chief Financial Officer - DIVERSA

Fernando Peralta

Chief Financial Officer

Fernando is the Chief Financial Officer for all companies in the Santana Group. As CFO, Fernando is responsible for overall financial reporting, accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and financial strategy. Fernando joined Santana Group in 2016 and works closely with the senior leadership team. He brings over 16 years combined experience in accounting and finance in the United States and Mexico.

Previously, Fernando served as CFO of Propel Financial Services and spearheaded Propel’s inaugural $134MM securitization and capital raising efforts that boosted the firm’s line of credit by $350MM. Working in Mexico for 10 years, Fernando led the assurance and advisory management program focusing on operational improvement projects at Home Depot Mexico where he developed multichannel distribution platforms. Fernando started his financial career at KPMG as a senior auditor specializing in the retail sector.

Fernando earned his BBA and Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed Certified Public Account.

An active member of the San Antonio community, Fernando serves as chair of the Board of Trustees for the San Antonio Make-A-Wish foundation and was named to the 2015 “Forty under 40” list of distinguished leaders by the San Antonio Business Journal.

Eleanor Euler, Vice President, Business Development - DIVERSA

Eleanor Euler

Vice President, Business Development

Eleanor is a seasoned staffing executive with over twenty-four years of industry experience. She has held field leadership positions with two global staffing companies with responsibility for service delivery, market growth, sales, and staff development.

Eleanor joined Integrated Human Capital in 2007 and as Vice-President of Business Development she provides leadership and critical support in a number of key areas, including sales strategy and market development, major and strategic account acquisition, key client partnerships, and direction and training of Integrated Human Capital’s sales team.

Eleanor is dedicated to designing the right solution for each client and enjoys consulting on talent acquisition and workforce planning to improve efficiency and achieve organizational goals.

Eleanor graduated with a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at El Paso.  She is actively involved with the Women’s Business Council Southwest, Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Alejandra Farley, Senior Director of Human Resources - DIVERSA

Alejandra Farley

Senior Director of Human Resources

As Senior Director of Human Resources for the Santana Group, Alejandra plays a key role in the development and implementation of standardized HR processes across all lines of business for the organization. In addition to developing and implementing these various processes, Alejandra also ensures that all Santana Group employees have access to holistic company benefits. This includes performance management and professional and personal development. These processes are maintained across various fields, including production/manufacturing, call center, admin/clerical, and IT and professional.

Alejandra joined the Santana Group with over 20 years of experience as an HR Executive. Over the course of her career, she has worked in various industries, including Manufacturing, Call Center and BPO, and for companies with multi-plant operations in Mexico, the U.S, and India. Throughout her career as an HR professional, Alejandra has enhanced organizations’ recruiting and retention programs through quality performance management and employee engagement, participation in conflict resolution, and policy development.

Alejandra’s professional experience has also allowed her to hone her abilities to streamline process management; effectively assess and diagnose employee relations issues; invoke quality change in leadership; and develop employees through training, recognized team building, and culture building.

Pat Franco, Manager, Operational Excellence - DIVERSA

Pat Franco

Manager, Operational Excellence

Pat joined Santana Group in 2014 as Manager of Operational Excellence.  In her position, Pat drives process enhancement and operational efficiency initiatives; ensuring a data driven and results oriented approach that supports successful execution of the company’s strategic objectives.

Pat brings over fifteen years of leadership experience with teams across the globes.  A certified Black Belt in Six Sigma, Pat is highly skilled at leading an organization’s efforts towards continuous improvement.  Her background includes over 25 years of improving operational processes in the outsourcing and manufacturing sectors.

Pat earned her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Rosa Garcia, Operations / HR Supervisor - DIVERSA

Rosa Garcia

Operations / HR Supervisor

Rosa has been part of the Santana Group team since 2012 and currently serves as the Operations / HR Supervisor.  She brings over 11 years of experience in administrative office support specializing in multi-project management and streamlining office procedures.  Rosa works closely with the executive team managing administrative tasks. The diversity of her work and daily interaction with a driven group of leaders is what inspires her.

Rosa is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications-Public Relations and is a member of the American Staffing Association.

Isabel Frias, Senior Human Resources Manager - DIVERSA

Isabel Frias

Senior Human Resources Manager

Joining the Integrated Human Capital team in 2015, Isabel brings over 26 years’ experience as a Human Resources professional. Isabel’s broad experience includes benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition and management.

Along with her HR proficiencies, Isabel’s background also includes manufacturing and distribution operations. She is affiliated with the National Society Human Resources Management and has been a member since 1998.

Laura Abirached, Accounting Manager - DIVERSA

Laura Abirached

Accounting Manager

Laura joined IHC as Accounting Manager in 2010 and brings over 20 years accounting experience in the staffing industry. She oversees all aspects of accounting which include the payroll department, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Laura received her BA in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1996 and is a member of the American Payroll Association. Laura thrives in her role as a manager because she strongly believes in mentoring her team to grow professionally.

Market Manager - Plano, Texas

A recognized sales and recruitment professional in the Dallas market, Cristi Dey joins IHC as Market Manager for our newest location in Plano, Texas.   With over 17 years’ experience in the staffing industry, Cristi’s expertise includes executive talent search along with developing and managing top preforming sales and recruiting teams.

Cristi is most passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long lasting relationships with her clients.  Her goal is to provide the best solutions to her client’s workforce challenges.

Cristi graduated with a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clearlake.

Diane Farley, Market Manager - San Antonio, Texas - DIVERSA

Diane Farley

Market Manager - San Antonio, Texas

Diane brings over 18 years of experience in the staffing industry to Integrated Human Capital’s San Antonio team, including directorial experience.

Throughout her career, Diane has overseen financial operations, profitability, and annual budgets of $30M for the DFW market. In addition to this, she has played key roles in expanding candidate flow and developing strong recruiting strategies through networking, community involvement, proactive labor relations, workforce planning, and talent management.

Diane’s expertise also extends to strengthening strategic customer partnerships through strong account management by integrating outsourced organizations within client businesses.

Diane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University and has completed coursework for federal and Texas labor and employment law principles and ethical practices pertaining to the staffing industry.
