Fernando Peralta
Fernando is the Chief Financial Officer for all companies in the Santana Group. As CFO, Fernando is responsible for overall financial reporting, accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and financial strategy. Fernando joined Santana Group in 2016 and works closely with the senior leadership team. He brings over 16 years combined experience in accounting and finance in the United States and Mexico.
Previously, Fernando served as CFO of Propel Financial Services and spearheaded Propel’s inaugural $134MM securitization and capital raising efforts that boosted the firm’s line of credit by $350MM. Working in Mexico for 10 years, Fernando led the assurance and advisory management program focusing on operational improvement projects at Home Depot Mexico where he developed multichannel distribution platforms. Fernando started his financial career at KPMG as a senior auditor specializing in the retail sector.
Fernando earned his BBA and Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed Certified Public Account.
An active member of the San Antonio community, Fernando serves as chair of the Board of Trustees for the San Antonio Make-A-Wish foundation and was named to the 2015 “Forty under 40” list of distinguished leaders by the San Antonio Business Journal.
Eleanor Euler
Eleanor is a seasoned staffing executive with over twenty-four years of industry experience. She has held field leadership positions with two global staffing companies with responsibility for service delivery, market growth, sales, and staff development.
Eleanor joined Integrated Human Capital in 2007, and as Vice-President of Business Development, she provides leadership and critical support in a number of key areas, including sales strategy and market development, major and strategic account acquisition, key client partnerships, and direction and training of Integrated Human Capital’s sales team.
Eleanor is dedicated to designing the right solution for each client and enjoys consulting on talent acquisition and workforce planning to improve efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
Eleanor graduated with a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at El Paso. She is actively involved with the Women’s Business Council Southwest, Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Pat Franco
Pat joined Santana Group in 2014 as Manager of Operational Excellence. In her position, Pat drives process enhancement and operational efficiency initiatives, ensuring a data-driven and results-oriented approach that supports the successful execution of the company’s strategic objectives.
Pat brings over 15 years of leadership experience with teams across the globe. A certified Black Belt in Six Sigma, Pat is highly skilled at leading an organization’s efforts towards continuous improvement. Her background includes over 25 years of improving operational processes in the outsourcing and manufacturing sectors.
Pat earned her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Adam Ysasi
Adam is the Human Resources Manager for IHC and joined the team in November 2021. As the people leader within the organization, he is responsible for creating an exceptional, people-first employment experience that ensures we have the best-in-class talent to solve our clients’ evolving needs.
Previously, Adam has held HR leadership roles within global logistics companies, a nonprofit organization, and a Fortune 100 company. Preceding the HR leadership roles, Adam also held positions in operations, sales, and project management. His diverse background helps him bring a unique perspective to our people management strategy while similarly contributing towards a larger strategy to ensure maximum business growth.
Adam graduated with a degree in Engineering Systems Management and a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He is also a member of the Class of 2017 Alexander Briseño Leader Development Program with the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Laura Abirached
Laura joined IHC as Accounting Manager in 2010 and brings over 20 years accounting experience in the staffing industry. She oversees all aspects of accounting, which include the payroll department, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Laura received her BA in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1996 and is a member of the American Payroll Association. Laura thrives in her role as a manager because she strongly believes in mentoring her team to grow professionally.
Erica Santana-Alvarado
Erica began her career with IHC in February of 2015 as a Staffing Supervisor at the North San Antonio location. In her role as Staffing Supervisor, Erica grew direct-hire business for the company, trained new and existing employees across IHC’s branches, and played an integral role in developing a strong, positive online reputation for her branch’s services.
As a result of her contributions to IHC and her passion for helping job seekers find careers that challenge them, enhance their skills, and help improve their overall quality of life, Erica was promoted to Senior Staffing Supervisor. When the position of Branch Manager at the South San Antonio office became available, Erica was quickly selected to assume the role.
In 2021, Erica was again selected for another strategic role as the Manager, Delivery Success. As the Manager, Delivery Success, Erica is responsible for leading and developing IHC’s recruiting teams, optimizing service delivery to clients, and producing measurable and cost-effective results that align with customers’ business drivers and strategic direction while providing quality service to both clients and employees.
