Fernando Peralta, Chief Financial Officer - DIVERSA

Fernando Peralta

Chief Financial Officer

Fernando is the Chief Financial Officer for all companies in the Santana Group. As CFO, Fernando is responsible for overall financial reporting, accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and financial strategy. Fernando joined Santana Group in 2016 and works closely with the senior leadership team. He brings over 16 years combined experience in accounting and finance in the United States and Mexico.

Previously, Fernando served as CFO of Propel Financial Services and spearheaded Propel’s inaugural $134MM securitization and capital raising efforts that boosted the firm’s line of credit by $350MM. Working in Mexico for 10 years, Fernando led the assurance and advisory management program focusing on operational improvement projects at Home Depot Mexico where he developed multichannel distribution platforms. Fernando started his financial career at KPMG as a senior auditor specializing in the retail sector.

Fernando earned his BBA and Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed Certified Public Account.

An active member of the San Antonio community, Fernando serves as chair of the Board of Trustees for the San Antonio Make-A-Wish foundation and was named to the 2015 “Forty under 40” list of distinguished leaders by the San Antonio Business Journal.

Eleanor Euler, Vice President, Business Development - DIVERSA

Eleanor Euler

Vice President, Business Development

Eleanor is a seasoned staffing executive with over twenty-four years of industry experience. She has held field leadership positions with two global staffing companies with responsibility for service delivery, market growth, sales, and staff development.

Eleanor joined Integrated Human Capital in 2007, and as Vice-President of Business Development, she provides leadership and critical support in a number of key areas, including sales strategy and market development, major and strategic account acquisition, key client partnerships, and direction and training of Integrated Human Capital’s sales team.

Eleanor is dedicated to designing the right solution for each client and enjoys consulting on talent acquisition and workforce planning to improve efficiency and achieve organizational goals.

Eleanor graduated with a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at El Paso.  She is actively involved with the Women’s Business Council Southwest, Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Alejandra Farley, Senior Director of Human Resources - DIVERSA

Alejandra Farley

Senior Director of Human Resources

As Senior Director of Human Resources for the Santana Group, which includes IHC, Alejandra plays a key role in the development and implementation of standardized HR processes across all lines of business for the organization. In addition to developing and implementing these various processes, Alejandra also ensures that all Santana Group employees have access to holistic company benefits. This includes performance management and professional and personal development. These processes are maintained across various fields, including production/manufacturing, call center, admin/clerical, and IT and professional.

Alejandra joined the Santana Group with over 20 years of experience as an HR Executive. Over the course of her career, she has worked in various industries, including Manufacturing, Call Center and BPO, and for companies with multi-plant operations in Mexico, the U.S., and India. Throughout her career as an HR professional, Alejandra has enhanced organizations’ recruiting and retention programs through quality performance management and employee engagement, participation in conflict resolution, and policy development.

Alejandra’s professional experience has also allowed her to hone her abilities to streamline process management; effectively assess and diagnose employee relations issues; invoke quality change in leadership; and develop employees through training, recognized team building, and culture building.

Pat joined Santana Group in 2014 as Manager of Operational Excellence. In her position, Pat drives process enhancement and operational efficiency initiatives, ensuring a data-driven and results-oriented approach that supports successful execution of the company’s strategic objectives.

Pat brings over 15 years of leadership experience with teams across the globe. A certified Black Belt in Six Sigma, Pat is highly skilled at leading an organization’s efforts towards continuous improvement. Her background includes over 25 years of improving operational processes in the outsourcing and manufacturing sectors.

Pat earned her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Isabel Frias

Senior Human Resources Manager

Joining the Integrated Human Capital team in 2015, Isabel brings over 26 years of experience as a Human Resources professional. Isabel’s broad experience includes benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, and management.

Along with her HR proficiencies, Isabel’s background also includes manufacturing and distribution operations. She is affiliated with the National Society Human Resources Management and has been a member since 1998.

Laura Abirached

Accounting Manager

Laura joined IHC as Accounting Manager in 2010 and brings over 20 years accounting experience in the staffing industry. She oversees all aspects of accounting, which include the payroll department, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Laura received her BA in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1996 and is a member of the American Payroll Association. Laura thrives in her role as a manager because she strongly believes in mentoring her team to grow professionally.

Market Manager - Plano, Texas

A recognized sales and recruitment professional in the Dallas market, Cristi Dey joined IHC as Market Manager for our Plano, Texas, branch.  With over 17 years of experience in the staffing industry, Cristi’s expertise includes executive talent search along with developing and managing top preforming sales and recruiting teams.

Cristi is most passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with her clients. Her goal is to provide the best solutions to her clients’ workforce challenges.

Alexandra joined IHC in June 2019 as the Market Manager for San Antonio, Texas, with more than 15 years’ experience in staffing. Throughout her career, she has held various roles within a global workforce solution firm, both national and international, and brings to IHC extensive knowledge in human resources, recruitment, retention, leadership, organizational development, project management, and sales.

Alexandra’s expertise is in managing operations to ensure that candidates are exposed to multiple companies, career paths, and opportunities while overseeing sales budgets, which have exceeded $10 million. Additionally, she brings domain expertise in the International Arena in the EMEA market.

As a sales professional in the San Antonio and Austin markets, Alexandra has exceeded financial goals, implemented operations strategy, and enhanced customer satisfaction, while motivating and leading a high-performance, multi-branch sales and operations team.

Erica Santana, On-Premise Program Manager - DIVERSA

On-Premise Program Manager

Erica began her career with IHC in February of 2015 as a Staffing Supervisor at the North San Antonio location. In her role as Staffing Supervisor, Erica grew direct-hire business for the company, trained new and existing employees across IHC’s branches, and played an integral role in developing a strong, positive online reputation for her branch’s services.

As a result of her contributions to IHC and her passion for helping job seekers find careers that challenge them, enhance their skills, and help improve their overall quality of life, Erica was promoted to Senior Staffing Supervisor. When the position of Branch Manager at the South San Antonio office became available, Erica was quickly selected to assume the role.

In 2019, Erica was again selected for another strategic role as the On-Premise Program Manager. As the On-Premise Program Manager, Erica is responsible for leading and developing account teams, optimizing service delivery to clients, and producing measurable and cost-effective results that align with the client’s business drivers and strategic direction while providing quality service to both clients and temporary employees.
