We’re searching for experienced Staffing Supervisors to join our San Antonio team!
Staffing Supervisors will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers and temporary associates by matching the skills of associates to customers’ needs.
Supervises staffing needs for individual clients and recruits associates for high-demand skill areas and ensures talent pool is plentiful to fill customer orders
Attends job fairs to recruit and source potential candidates
Interviews and evaluates applicants to determine their qualifications for assignments to fill customer work orders
Schedules interviews, job placement activities, and applicant testing
Maintains current and up-to-date customer and associate records in Avionte to ensure completeness and accuracy
Processes Associate’s payroll information into Avionte and reviews all payroll documents for accuracy (W-4’s, Customer Profiles, etc.)
Completes reference checks, backgrounds, E-verify, drug screens, employment verification, orientations, and other checks and balances required by IHC and clients in accordance with company policies
Monitors associates’ attendance and performance and coaches and counsels associates to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction
Serves as the initial contact when associates report work-related injuries at a client worksite and documents all information in Avionte to ensure accurate record keeping
Notifies branch manager of work-related injuries and maintains knowledge of IHC’s worker’s compensation procedures
Conducts outside service calls to clients to ensure quality customer service is being delivered and to expand the business
Answers telephones promptly and provides information to prospects, customers candidates, and associates.
Requirements:
Minimum Associate’s degree with 4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum 3-4 years equivalent work experience and background in staffing
Excellent communication skills (oral and writing) and the ability to work well with people are essential
Multi-tasking, team and customer service oriented without losing composure; tactful, adept at office productivity
Demonstrated PC proficiency; Microsoft Office applications, Word, Outlook, Excel; 10 key calculators, and other office equipment copiers, fax, etc.
Must be cooperative, patient, calm under pressure, able to work independently, and should enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced work environment while displaying the highest level of professionalism
