Positions Include:

Custodian

We are currently seeking a reliable, responsible custodian to help maintain and care for our facilities. The ideal candidate would be a custodian who is careful and thorough in his/her work, cleaning and tidying the premises with great care and an eye for detail. If you are an experienced custodian who is reliable, focused, committed to building upkeep, and have great physical stamina, we want to hear from you!

Compensation & Additional Benefits for the Custodian:

  • Pay rate: $9.50 to $10.00/Hr.
  • Temp to hire.
  • Pay Increase upon conversion
  • Vacation

Available schedules for the Custodian:

Janitorial

  • Second Shift: Monday – Saturday 4:30pm- 1am ($9.50/hour) Full time.
  • First Shift: Saturday to Sunday 6:30am to 3pm ($10.00/hour) Full time.

Floor Tech

  • Night Shift: Monday- Saturday 9pm-to 6am ($10.00/hour) Full time.
  • Part Time Weekend

Requirements for the Custodian:

  • Language Skills
  • Mathematical Skills
  • Must be available to start as soon as possible
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be willing to complete Drug Test and Background Check

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:

  • Receiving shipments
  • Breaking down received shipments and sorting
  • Scanning items for accurate staging
  • Using pallet jack
  • Loading material for shipment to clients
  • Works in a diverse team to achieve common goals
  • Adjusts to the changing needs of a fast-paced manufacturing client base
  • Problem solves and continuously improves safety, quality and productivity
  • Performs work in accordance with standardized procedures

Requirements of the Forklift Operator:

  • High school diploma / GED required
  • Able to work occasional weekends, holidays and evenings
  • Some inventory management experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good hand/eye coordination
  • Experience in a warehouse environment
  • Experience with forklifts plus
  • Stable work history demonstrating reliability
  • Prior automotive production experience a plus
  • Must be willing to train in forklift and certify
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Must have valid driver’s license

Compensation & Schedule for the Forklift Operator:

  • Rotational schedule
  • $11.00 – $ 12.50 / hour

Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician Performs a variety of technical functions in support of plant operations and the maintenance department.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

  • Maintain all equipment within facility and grounds.
  • Provide technical support for Kaizen program and production.
  • Provide technical assistance to outside contractors and vendors.
  • Fabricate equipment and parts as required.
  • Prepare oral and written reports.
  • Respond to all emergency alarms and perform tasks as directed by the emergency coordinator.
  • Participate in all emergency evacuation drills in accordance with the guidelines as described in the RAA Plan of Emergency Action (P.E.A.)
  • Dispose of used oil, universal waste, & electronic waste in accordance with RAA written procedures.
  • Respond to chemical spills as directed by the emergency coordinator, including proper disposal.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements of the Maintenance Technician:

  • At least 4 years in maintenance or a combination of education and OJT experience.
  • Must be familiar with maintenance principles of facility maintenance.
  • Knowledge of machines shop operations.
  • Able to troubleshoot electrical systems. 24v/120v/208v/220v/480v
  • Knowledge of computers
  • Able to troubleshoot PLC’s.
  • Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • General Knowledge of building and electrical codes.
  • Familiar with general safety procedures as well as OSHA requirements.
  • Familiar with rigging and lifting procedures.
  • Familiar with fabrication, piping and structural requirements and practices.
  • Attend and pass training classes for First Aid and CPR certification that will prepare you for participation in the emergency response team as directed by the Emergency Coordinator.
  • Attend emergency response training annually.

Compensation for the Maintenance Technician:

  • Pay rate: $17.50 to $18.00 /hr based on experience

Production Control Specialist

The Production Control Specialist is responsible for administrating controls of production control operations which include ordering parts, logistics, packaging, production planning, ECI management, and inventory management.

Responsibilities of the Production Control Specialist:

  • Planning and coordinating the resources and activities required to produce quality products for our customers at the specified times.
  • Participate in the establishment of systems, procedures and standards in order to continually exceed customer rising expectations by determining needed improvements that ensure a very high degree of capability and maximizes productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead in the administration of controls in PC Operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement of scheduling and sequencing processes.
  • Establish and monitor metrics for system performance management.
  • Prioritize and sequence work, executing work plans and implementing controls.
  • Coordinate, and expedite the flow of work and materials.
  • Report activity results and provides feedback on performance.
  • Compile reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
  • Develop techniques for establishing and controlling scheduling processes.
  • Plan and coordinate material flow from internal and external suppliers to and from facility.
  • ECI implementation, lead work group to efficiently implement ECI with quality and minimal obsolescence
  • Resolve problems, troubleshoot shipment/product/parts problems and provide appropriate counter measures.

Requirements of the Production Control Specialist:

  • Deal effectively with complex and sensitive issues.
  • Ability to think in the abstract and see how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
  • On a continuous basis, analyze technical reports, interpret and evaluation staff reports.
  • Communicate effectively, clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in course of work.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Recent automotive MRP/ERP Experience
  • Three years of direct experience in production control
  • Require proficiency with Microsoft Office computer applications including (Excel, Word and Access)
  • Toyota automotive supplier experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with 5S activity
  • APICS Certification preferred

Compensation & Schedule of the Production Control Specialist:

  • $35K- $40K yearly
  • Office Hours Schedule (M-F 8am- 5pm) with open availability for special projects.

Production Team Member

Production Team Members are responsible for the assembly of Toyota Tacoma truck beds.

Responsibilities for the Production Team Member

  • Assembly and inspection of automotive parts
  • Uses power tools to affix bolts, nuts, screws, and parts.
  • Operating manual parts conveyance vehicles (dolly’s).
  • Alternates work stations throughout shift, performing various assembly work functions.
  • Works in a diverse team to achieve common goals.
  • Adjusts to the changing needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Problem solves and continuously improves safety, quality and productivity.
  • Performs work in accordance with standardized procedures.

Requirements for the Production Team Member

  • Good hand/eye coordination.
  • Excellent manual dexterity sufficient to handle small parts including nuts, bolts, screws and other automotive-related parts in a high-speed production environment.
  • Stable work history demonstrating reliability.
  • Prior automotive production experience a plus.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have Driver License.

Compensation & Schedule for the Production Team Member

  • $12.00 / hour.
  • Bi-weekly rotating shifts (2 weeks on days / 2 weeks on nights).
  • Available to work overtime and Saturdays.

Warehouse Production Worker

Integrated Human Capital has temp-to-hire opportunities for those looking for a career with excellent growth potential! We’re hiring Warehouse Production Workers for Toyota suppliers. After conversion to full-time status, you’ll be earning $15.91 /hour!

Warehouse Production Workers are responsible for the complete assembly of various automotive parts while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency work standards.

Compensation & Schedule for the Warehouse Production Worker:

  • Schedule: Rotational work schedule (2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights)
  • 10-12-hour work days; Monday – Saturdays
  • Guaranteed 10-12 hours of Weekly Overtime
  • Starting Salary: $10.60/hour
  • Salary After 2 Months:$10.85/Hour
  • Salary After Conversion:$15.91/Hour
  • Weekly Payday (Every Friday) and Direct Deposit

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Production Worker:

  • Completes assembly of automotive parts for Toyota’s Tacoma and Tundra trucks
  • Controls processing, delivery, or installation of nonconforming product until deficiency or unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected
  • Restocks manufacturing and assembly areas as needed to ensure proper work flow
  • Performs quality inspections of works in progress
  • Incorporates safe working procedures into all daily activities in and around facility

Requirements of the Warehouse Production Worker:

  • Ability to lift and carry 30-lb seating components frequently and repetitively
  • Ability to use handheld pneumatic tools
  • Ability to report and document deviations from standardized situations and follow “Stop, Call, Wait” steps
  • Previous assembly experience a plus

The Tug Driver is responsible for performing a variety of routine, timed and complex transportation work.

Responsibilities of the Tug Driver

  • Operate a tow tractor for loading, unloading and relocation of products and materials in the shipping/receiving department.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on tow tractors and refer defects and or repairs to supervisor.
  • Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations with all clients.
  • Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all inclement weather no exceptions.

Requirements of the Tug Driver

  • Ability to continuously lift, twist, climb, push and pull.
  • Successfully complete tow tractor certification.
  • Must possess a valid Class C driver license.
  • Must be able to learn to operate all procedures used by the company.
  • Requires prolonged sitting, driving and required to occasionally lift 30-50lbs.

Compensation & Schedule for the Tug Driver

  • $11.00 / hour
  • 2-week rotational schedule: 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights
