Today we’d like to focus on one individual that thrives at ensuring our organization runs smoothly.  Meet Rosa Garcia, Corporate Administrative Coordinator for Integrated Human Capital.

Rosa has been part of the Santana Group team since 2012 and brings over 11 years’ experience in administrative office support specializing in multi-project management and streamlining office procedures.

Rosa works closely with the executive team managing the most complex schedules, travel arrangements, filtering distractions and countless administrative tasks.  “The diversity of my work and daily interaction with a driven group of leaders is what inspires me.” Rosa says.

As the Corporate Administrative Coordinator, Rosa knows the business, how to anticipate moments and what motivates the executives she assists.

Rosa is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Communications-Public Relations and is a member of the American Staffing Association.  She and her husband have a beautiful one year old daughter.
