Company History:

Integrated Human Capital, LLC, an independently owned staffing company, was founded in February 2002 by Rosa Santana in El Paso, Texas. Ms. Santana currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and remains headquartered in El Paso. Integrated Human Capital provides temporary staffing, professional/executive search, on-premise staff management, payroll services, skills testing and human resource services. Our experience spans the servicing of hundreds of clients throughout the United States and Mexico and we are known as a “true cross-border” human resources provider. We are a nationally-certified Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise as well as HUB certified in the State of Texas.

In order to better meet companies' growing demands for a more diverse, high-quality workforce and in response to global companies' desire to link supplier diversity to economic development and consumer markets on a global scale, Ms. Santana formed DIVERSA, a joint venture company with Randstad, a global supplier of recruitment and staffing services.  DIVERSA grew out of a five-year mentoring relationship between Randstad and Integrated Human Capital (IHC). This joint venture demonstrates how powerful the mutual benefit of mentoring can be between global companies and minority-owned businesses.  While focused on mentoring and helping expand IHC's reach, the two organizations also created a platform of products and services designed to offer a broader portfolio to each other's clients.  DIVERSA was created to help companies evolve their businesses in response to the changing workforce
